The address, identified as 0xdf0…e2EF3, received its largest single transfer just three hours ago when Galaxy Digital sent 16,495.15 ETH valued at around $58.5 million during a broader market decline. This latest acquisition lowered the whale’s average purchase price to $3,763.53 per ETH, suggesting a strategic approach to dollar-cost averaging during the downturn.
