11-6-2025 – Michael Saylor, co-founder of Strategy and a long-time Bitcoin advocate, has confidently dismissed fears of a crypto market downturn. Speaking to Bloomberg on 11 June 2025, Saylor claimed that Bitcoin’s limited daily supply and growing institutional demand will inevitably drive its price to $1 million.
“The notion of a crypto winter is firmly behind us,” Saylor said. “Bitcoin’s trajectory is clear: if it’s not plummeting to zero, it’s soaring to $1 million.”
Supply constraints fuel Saylor’s Bitcoin price prediction
Saylor’s bullish outlook centres on Bitcoin’s scarcity. Miners currently produce about 450 BTC per day, which equates to roughly $50 million at today’s market price of $109,859, according to CoinMarketCap.
“Once that $50 million is absorbed by buyers, the price has no choice but to climb,” Saylor explained.
Since 2020, his firm Strategy has acquired 582,000 BTC, worth an estimated $63.85 billion, per Saylor Tracker. He believes public companies like his are effectively absorbing Bitcoin’s entire daily issuance—turning just $50 million in daily buys into what he calls the “driveshaft of the crypto economy.”

Market volatility and price correction risks
While Saylor remains optimistic, he acknowledged that price corrections are inevitable as Bitcoin climbs.
“If Bitcoin hits $500,000 or even $1 million, expect corrections of $200,000 or more,” he warned.
Recent market turbulence, including a 40% drop from Bitcoin’s January peak, was partly blamed on Trump’s February tariffs. Yet, Saylor insists that Bitcoin has weathered its most critical tests. Improved accounting standards and increased regulatory clarity have, in his view, strengthened its foundation.
ARK invest raises price target to $2.4 million by 2030
Backing Saylor’s view, asset management giant ARK Invest recently revised its long-term Bitcoin forecast. In April, it raised its 2030 price target from $1.5 million to $2.4 million, reflecting growing confidence in Bitcoin’s future role as a core asset class.
